Warranty Claim
Most product issues can be solved by referring to your product Instruction Manual. If you have misplaced your instruction manual, you can find it in DOWNLOADS. or contact us to obtain a digital version.

Repair Service Booking
You (the ‘consumer’) agree that by booking a Repair Service, you fully accept the terms and conditions below, and you agree to be fully bound by and comply with the terms and conditions below.
The Product Warranty guarantees the repair, replacement or refund of the appliance for a manufacturer’s fault where it is covered by the Product Warranty (Manufacturer Fault).
The Product Warranty excludes any appliance fault caused by the consumer’s misuse of the appliance or any damage to the appliance while in the consumer’s care (which includes any accidental, deliberate or negligent damage) (Consumer Fault).
An appliance inspection and repair service is offered to inspect and remedy an appliance fault (Repair Service), which is subject to a service technician fee that covers the costs of the service technician performing the Repair Service including any call-out fees (Service Fee).
The Service Fee will be fully paid by the manufacturer where the fault is a Manufacturer Fault.
The Service Fee will be fully paid by the consumer where the fault is a Consumer Fault.
Regardless of whether the fault is a Manufacturer Fault, the consumer will pay the cancellation costs of the Repair Service (which may include the full standard Service Fee) if the consumer cancels its Repair Service booking with less than four (4) hours’ notice prior to the booking time.
The standard Service Fee is $189.00 (excl. GST) plus materials for the first 30 minutes, following which the rate is $80 per hour (excl. GST) plus materials.
